The Intersection is the joint promotional collective of wholesale showroom buildings and tradeshow producers located at the intersection of 9th and Los Angeles Streets in the LA Fashion District, that together, form the West Coast center of the fashion industry. The Intersection hosts five market weeks yearly, where buyers and retailers come to shop the latest in contemporary apparel and accessories. In the over 1,200 showrooms in the buildings of The Intersection, over 4,500 lines are represented, making The Intersection a one-stop shop for buyers and retailers from all around the globe. 

The Intersection is comprised of fashion industry leaders, including the California Market Center, Cooper Design Space, Gerry Building, The New Mart, tradeshow producer Designers and Agents, and the LA Fashion District Business Improvement District (BID). The Intersection formed in 2003, with the common goal of building awareness of the LA Fashion District as the worldwide creative center of the fashion industry.
