From Simply Cheese to their Veganissima, Chef Steve Samson has done it again with his creation of Superfine Pizza in the district’s City Market South. In case you didn’t know, Chef Samson is also behind LA Italian restaurants Rossoblu and Sotto.
Per Samson and their website, “Superfine is an homage to the old world’s and new world’s finest pizza-making traditions.” It’s said to be a blend of New York and Neapolitan styles baked in an electric oven, and we are all here for it!

Superfine is located inside City Market South, with their entrance around the corner from S. San Pedro in the alley on E. 11th Street, 1101 S. San Pedro, Unit F.
Open Monday through Friday from 11am to 10pm and Saturday and Sunday from 5pm to 10pm.
