Become A Board Member!
On January 1, 2025, three (3) seats on the LA Fashion District Business Improvement District (BID) Board of Directors will be available for the upcoming election.
All qualified property owners within the boundaries of the LA Fashion District Business Improvement District (BID) are eligible for Board membership. In November, all property owners, or their representatives, will be asked to vote for their candidates using an online voter interface.
The LA Fashion District’s Board of Directors oversees the Business Improvement District’s:
- Clean & Safe services
- Promotions
- Advocacy programs
- Establishing the budget to ensure that every dollar of the BID budget is well spent
BID Board Members are required to attend a minimum of eight (8) Board meetings per year and periodic committee meetings. All terms will commence on January 1st, 2025.
The application deadline is Monday, September 30th, 2024, at 5:00 PM.
