BID Renewal

Last BID renewal approved by 85.67% of property owners. 

As the current LA Fashion District BID term ends on December 31, 2026, we ask for your support in renewing the BID for an additional eight-year term (2027–2034). The BID is critical to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-managed District by delivering daily services beyond what the City alone provides. Funded entirely by property owners, the BID protects property values, supports businesses, and strengthens the District’s economic stability during continued growth and change.

Voting to renew the BID will mean improved and increased Safety and Cleaning services and expanded Marketing, Economic Development, and Advocacy outreach for your neighborhood.
