Voting Opens November 1, 2026

Voting for the 2026 LA Fashion District Business Improvement District (BID) Board of Directors election opens on November 1, 2026. This year, 17 candidates are seeking election to eight available seats on the Board of Directors. Six candidates will be elected to three-year terms, and two candidates will be elected to two-year terms, all commencing January 1, 2027.

Property owners who own property within the LA Fashion District BID boundaries and are current on their assessment payments as of the October 12, 2026, record date are eligible to vote for the candidates of their choice.

Ballots must be submitted through our secure online election system. You will need the Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) for each property you own to access the ballot. Property owners with multiple APNs are encouraged to compile a complete list before beginning the voting process.

How to Vote

1. Using a desktop or mobile device, visit LAFashionDistrict.electionrunner.com.
2. Select the Ballot to Elect 2027 Board Members ballot.
3. Log in using your Assessor’s Parcel Number:
   • Voter ID: Enter the complete APN with dashes included.
   • Voter Key: Enter the last four digits of the APN.
4. Select the information icon next to each candidate’s name to review their profile.
5. Select your preferred candidates as instructed on the ballot. Write-in candidates are permitted, and space will be provided.

If you own multiple properties, you must log out and repeat the login process for each APN. You may also contact the BID to request a paper ballot.
