What was once a 9-to-5 business destination is quickly transforming into a downtown neighborhood with residents, cafés, galleries, restaurants, bars, events and entertainment open well beyond 5 p.m.

In the next couple of years, the Fashion District is expected to add 347,000 square feet of new creative office space and approximately 510,000 square feet of new retail space.
