On January 1, 2020 five (5) seats on the LA Fashion District Business Improvement District (BID) Board of Directors will be available for the upcoming election.
All qualified property owners within the boundaries of the LA Fashion District Business Improvement District (BID) are eligible for Board membership. In November, all property owners, or their representative, will be asked to vote for the candidates of their choice.
The LA Fashion District’s Board of Directors oversees the Business Improvement District’s:
- Clean & Safe services
- Promotions
- Advocacy programs
- Establishing the budget to ensure that every dollar of the BID budget is well spent
BID Board Members are required to attend a minimum of eight (8) Board meetings per year as well as periodic committee meetings. All terms will commence on January 1, 2020 for a three (3) year term.
