In partnership with the Mayor's Office, CD14, and the LA Fire Department, the LA Fashion District BID will have a free COVID-19 vaccination and testing site available from Tuesday, April 27th - Saturday, May 1st @ 1027 San Julian LA, CA 90015 from 9 AM–2 PM.
All Angelenos 18+ years or older are eligible regardless of insurance or immigration status. You will need proof of identity (work badge, ID, nametag, etc.) and proof of LA residence/workplace (business card, utility bill, etc.).
Appointments are strongly encouraged, but walk-ins will be accepted while supplies last. To make an appointment, call 323-695-5704.
