In swift response to the LAUSD strike and help alleviate some of a parent's stress, we at CRE8 are opening our doors to the mindful WELLNESS EXPERIENCE for kids starting today THURSDAY-SUNDAY
from 11am - 3pm
Parents are free to pop in and out with their kids at any time between those hours and enjoy:
● 3D Adventure Maze
● Black Light Paint Room
● 3D Dance Party
● Moving Meditation - Qi Gong
● Art & Visual Meditation
We are located at 1500 South Los Angeles Street, Los Angeles, CA 90015
This experience is led by local Energy Coach Robert Silver, who is passionate about teaching healthy lifestyles to individuals of all ages by using the art and science of breathing techniques, gentle movement and meditation to cleanse, strengthen, and circulate the life energy (QI) in order to support better health, vitality and a tranquil state of mind.
