Please join Chef Steve Samson in this fun, interactive, hands-on class to learn how to roll pasta al mattarello (with a rolling pin).  
The purchase also includes lunch, which is served after the class.
To keep the class more intimate, there will be a minimum of 6 attendees and a maximum of 10 attendees.
Class ends when lunch ends, usually around 1-1:30pm.
