Who is eligible to run?
Qualified property owners within the boundaries of the LA Fashion District Business Improvement District are eligible to apply for Board membership.
How many seats are available?
Eight seats begin January 1, 2027: six three-year term seats and two two-year term seats.
Who may vote?
Eligible property owners or their authorized representatives will be invited to vote in November through a secure online voting platform.
What does the Board oversee?
The Board guides Clean & Safe services, marketing and promotional initiatives, advocacy programs, and the BID budget.
