PLEASE JOIN SFOGLINO FRANCESCO ALLEGRO IN A CLASS TO LEARN HOW TO ROLL PASTA AL MATTARELLO. IN THIS DEMONSTRATION SESSION, YOU WILL SEE HOW TO:

• MAKE FRESH EGG PASTA DOUGH BY HAND (NO MACHINE!)
• ROLL PASTA ‘AL MATTARELLO’ TORTELLINI, TAGLIATELLE, MALTAGLIATI
• MAKE CUT PASTA
• HOW TO COOK PASTA

EACH PURCHASE INCLUDES ALL PASTA-MAKING INGREDIENTS INCLUDING A BALL OF PASTA DOUGH AND PASTA FILLING.

TO KEEP THE CLASS MORE INTIMATE THERE WILL BE A MINIMUM OF 6 ATTENDEES AND MAXIMUM OF 10 ATTENDEES.
