BID Board of Directors

The board represents the cross-section of the LA Fashion District’s business community and guides the management, programming and budget decisions, which are implemented by a full-time staff that manages daily operations. Property owners of commercial towers and cultural landmarks, industry leaders and independent businesses, developers and residential communities, all volunteer their time as Board Members in staggered 3-year terms.

The LA Fashion District BID holds monthly Board Meetings and additional BID Committee Meetings throughout the year. Members of the general public are welcomed to attend any of these meetings. BID Events are always published here, where public meeting dates are available and Meeting Agendas are posted 72 hours in advance. Information regarding meeting access in included on each agenda. 

LA Fashion District stakeholders -- residents, property owners, merchants, employees, etc. -- are invited to join any of the following committees:

• Operations & Public Space Committee
• Finance Committee 
• Policy Committee
• Marketing Committee
